Refund and Returns Policy

At Harmony Horses Farm, we take great pride in the quality of our horses and saddles, and we strive to ensure every client is completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand, however, that special circumstances may arise, and for that reason, we have implemented the following Refund and Returns Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved.

Horse Sales Due to the nature of livestock sales and the significant preparation and care provided before delivery, all horse sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on horses once the purchase has been completed and the horse has left our facility. This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of our animals.

However, Harmony Horses Farm does offer a One-Year Health Guarantee (as outlined on our Health Guarantee page) for life-threatening congenital conditions. Should a qualifying health issue arise within the guarantee period, we will work with the client to determine a fair and equitable resolution, which may include replacement or reimbursement based on veterinary diagnosis and our review process.

Saddle Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your saddle purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your saddle, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • The saddle must be in new, unused condition and returned in original packaging.

  • Customized saddles are non-refundable unless defective or made incorrectly based on your order specifications.

Once the returned saddle has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Return Process To initiate a return or request assistance, please contact our customer service team via the information provided on our Contact page. Be sure to include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items If your saddle arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you. Please include detailed photos of the issue to help us process your claim quickly.

Restocking and Shipping Fees A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective saddle returns. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

Exclusions

  • Horses are not eligible for return or refund unless under the terms of our Health Guarantee.

  • Saddles that show signs of use or wear may not be eligible for a full refund.
